  1. 2-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Micromore (Hk) Health Tech Co., Limited warrants that the XXIVASST ECG device (hardware only) is free from defects in materials and workmanship for 2 years from the original purchase date.

What IS covered:

  • Device fails to power on
  • Battery cannot hold a charge under normal use
  • Internal sensor malfunction
  • Physical defects not caused by misuse

What IS NOT covered:

  • Electrode pads (BlueSensor or compatible) – consumable items
  • Damage from drops, liquids, or unauthorized repair
  • Normal cosmetic wear and tear
  1. HOW TO FILE A WARRANTY CLAIM (US)

Subject: WARRANTY CLAIM – [Order Number]

We may ask for:

  • Proof of purchase
  • A short video showing the issue

If approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and send a replacement or repair within 14 business days.

  1. 30-DAY RETURN POLICY (Satisfaction Guarantee)

You may return a new, unused XXIVASST device within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Conditions:

  • Device must be in original packaging
  • Electrode pads may be opened but not substantially used
  • Customer pays return shipping unless the device is defective

  3. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  4. Ship to the US return address provided
  5. Refund issued within 10 business days after inspection
  6. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
  • Used electrode pads
  • Gift cards
  • Devices damaged by customer misuse
